"Jackie, just like I replied to your husband Joe Gamas review, this is just not the case of what actually occurred. After my call with Joe last week explaining the events that happened and items requested that were never received from him, he requested to keep his polices with me. I felt that after that conversation he understood. I don’t believe he would request to keep his polices with me if I was awful. But due to the verbal abuse my team and I endured from him, I chose to move his account to a male agent that would better suit his personality.
