"My name is Tia Fluellen for the record. If you want timely and quality support, do not utilize Ayleen Sanchez at this office, ask for another staff to assist you. I started the insurance process with her for both home and vehicle insurance over 3 weeks ago. Things started out productive. I received a very good quote for both the home and vehicle, and elected to proceed. I subsequently provided all documents requested. It has now been over 3 weeks, and the process was never completed. I patiently waited, hoping to hear something back, to include me sending a follow up email, kindly requesting on the status and if anything additional was required on my end. Still no response. I know people get busy, take vacations etc…, but communication is paramount when providing a service. She suddenly ceased all communication causing a gap in the transfer of my home insurance coverage. I can’t speak negatively on all other staff at this office, because I only initially worked with her. Her lack of communication is unsatisfactory and she is not dependable. It has never taken me over 1 day, to obtain car or home insurance from any agency. Point is, you have to communicate in the customer service business. I sent Ayleen Sanchez an email today, requesting to cancel my application (if one was ever even generated). I am not saying I would not recommend this agency, I just would not recommend using Ayleen Sanchez, as she was unreliable in my specific situation."
